Alderman raises noise concerns about Bellefontaine Neighbors church

Alderman James Carroll said mounting noise complaints from residents in Bellefontaine Neighbors caused by a helicopter led to more findings at Influence Church.

This is crazy to me...we have busses not running after 8 causing our kids and adults to either quit there jobs or find one they can work in the am....and they worried about an helicopter coming to a church that provides food for the community 😳 I'm so confused

They're worried about a church being a nuisance trying to help provide for a community but a whole family living under a highway for months with trash all over just a 100 yards away. 🤔

Religious institutions or not they shouldn’t be a nuisance to the neighbors. Isn’t religion about empathy? Why can’t they be considerate about the neighbors inconvenience. Helicopter is a luxury not a necessity and is also a source of noise pollution . So, it’s not supposed to be used in a residential neighborhood. I think it’s easy to just bring up race and religion rather than take responsibility.
