Our world is faster, everyone is in a rush to go somewhere or do something. The driver driving the smaller vehicle did violate the rules of the road crossing the double yellow line. We may never know why she did. Distracted by her children, trying to retrieve something she dropped and upon looking up it was too late. A shame this happened.
