As far as I know, I'm the first person to ever see this.
The requirements are simple but...rare, as far as I can tell:
Enter the Bar Samsara when the date on the server is 4:20.
...AM.
As you can see -- I did not do this the proper way, I used a quick lua script to trigger the event:

This should react exactly as if one were triggering it normally, so I don't feel that the authenticity of this is degraded, really.

(Note: the off timing was not caused by anything I did, I tried to rerecord to get better timing and only got same or worse results. The dialog moving on as if I had clicked on it is not triggered by me -- it automatically does that.)

Yeah, wow, as much as I've played the game, I would never have seen this. I love Jazztronauts so much.
