SBC Atomic EFI issue - fuel rail?, Jeep CJ7 - Part 1

Our 1977 Jeep CJ7 has a 350cc Small Block Chevy motor with the Holley Atomic EFI TBI system (MSD-2900, MSD-2905 or MSD-2910). It was driving fine, and suddenly it started to sputter and lost significant power.

We thought it was an ignition issue, but clearly the fuel delivery is the real problem. It seems to be leaking between the pressed parts (at the annular booster ring). Time to find out if this is serviceable or not.
