i'm a long islander (where Montauk is located) and i went to visit camp hero. It's a really cool but creepy place and they say it's abandoned.. but there's a tall fence around it and if you go over the fence you'll face charges or even jail. Maybe they just don't want people putting graffiti and doing stuff to the building, but could there be something else going on??

So for anyone wondering from what I understood is that the place there *might* have had some projects done with mind control and stuff but it was a military facility and such. Kids have gone missing I that area and it's said that they where taken for experiments and such. The picture of the creature was found near a beach and was taken by 2 ladies lol idk I'll search some more and update this I'd I find anything 😁

I 100% believe there are kids out there or people who have powers. I'm not talking about laser beam eyes or some shit but being able to move items without touching them and what not, they just stay hidden or aren't exposed to the world. There's so many things we don't know about this planet and place, it's insane.

Back in the late 70s-early 80 there was a project started by the CIA called Stargate. People would come claim they had psychic abilities. The CIA would recruit them to try and help them solve cases, whereas the supposed psychics would people to see where and when a convict has been.

So, I am pretty sure they tested on young ppl to give them special abilities to fight in the war. And alot of young adults, kids, and teens went missing around the island.
But, the people who had went missing supposedly were expiremented on. And, sometime later a worker escaped camp hero or just the place were they tested on people. And he wrote a book about the events taking place in montauk. And now people have conspiracy theories on that it's true and most people don't believe it.

The Nina project:
A women named Nina claimed she had kinetic abilities/telekinesis. So, they decided to test on her. Also, there are tapes of some expirements on her.

So basically

In the 1970-80’s there was a man who was the leader of psychotronics movement. He claimed the government used electromagnetic radiation to put ideas in people head. But his idea isn’t to crazy, in 1953, the CIA supposedly would have a 20 year experiment where they would test drugs developed for interrogation and mind control purposes for prisoners, hospital patients, and student. And for the creature in July 2008 a beaked hairless creature was found on the beaches of montano. Rumors have it that it was a creature that had washed up from an island that had a building for the governments animal disease center and thought something went wrong. For the building there was a radar tower that would spin, supposedly when it did anything that was near it would feel uneasy, animals would cry out and people would get bad dreams. There were originally 12 of these buildings in the area but now only one remains. Apparently there were tunnels underneath of these where children would be taken and hurt in many ways. Which is one of the stranger things theories. Before the area turned into a park people have found documents and sealed entrances. For all of the security you find in stranger things the area used to be a military base around the 1940s where weapons would be kept to help protect the area. And for whatever reason there is a message carved in CONCRETE saying” help me stranger”

Ha, I’m a little late, but I don’t really see anyone explaining this, so I will

So story:
The Montauk Project was where they would take kids and experiment on them. In one of the interviews Dustin/Gaten Matarozzo said that ST was based of the project. The project would do series of tests to the children and if you look at photos of it, you can see the children look almost… traumatized. Now, I really don’t know much, but I can tell you that this was HORRIBLE. And if ST was even remotely close, we could tell how badly this probably ended. Anyways I read something that said, “ When I visit camp hero/ The montauk project, I feel as if I was being watched” which sort of makes sense since it was government property, but it’s abandoned now. It’s graffitied on, and very messy. The victims claimed that the ppl who ran it where using some radiation or smth to put stuff in their minds. And in 2008, a beaked hairless creature was found washed up on the shore. Some ppl say it’s a dead raccoon, but I beg to differ. It may be the remaining of a project gone wrong. I promise to update this if I get more info! 👍

okay so my theory on stranger things is that you know how the kids in the lab were tested on? in the Montauk expirement, they tested on orphaned kids and made them into monsters. these monsters were found around the buildings, on the beaches near them. vecna, one of the main villains, is 001, who was a kid who was tested on. the demogorgon also seemed to have connections to the lab. my theory is that all of these monsters were kids who were turned into these monsters. if eleven didn't escape, could she have become one too?

Some guy did like telepathy and mind control experiments that were to open portals to alternate dimensions or something. Also the people in Camp Hero or whatever seemed to abduct children who were treated terribly and abused. And supposedly there was a very terrifying beast that was described as hairy and nasty, yet describe as a different beast every single time by the remaining people from the place.
