Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
2 onions, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1-2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 cup palm oil (or red palm oil)
2 cups chicken broth or water
1 cup okra, cut into pieces, optional
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 hot chili pepper (optional, for heat)
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

I would highly recommend that everyone do some research online about palm oil. Personally, I'm avoiding it for a handful of reasons.

Amazing yes it’s Moamba but main ingredients are okra and palm oil.

Looks delicious, but if it lacks palm oil, palm bean paste (called moamba), kiabos and funge from cassava flour it is not "chicken moamba" on any way.
Also: it is made with hen and there's no rice in moamba.
