Just so people do not get confused, "\" is the backslash key (not forward slash as mentioned a few times).

Are there any shortcuts for extending the start point of a shortened clip? So that the clip comes in earlier? Is there a way to do this with multiple clips? So far, I have all these shortcuts for cutting a clip down or extending the end of the clip, but have no clue how to retrieve earlier points of the clip besides simply dragging the start of the clip left, one by one. Surely there is a better way??

Thanks for the vid! Helpful for this noob. What about changing the edit point of a clip, say moving it a second earlier, without affecting the positions of all the other clips? Like, say split a section of a clip to put FX on, and wanted to drag the split earlier so the FX starts earlier, without moving other clips in a stack, I JUST want to move the beginning of that clip, replacing the un-FXed clip preceding it the amount that I drag? Is that possible?

Do you know a way to add 2 second to multiple clips when they have different durations?
For example you have a sequence: clip_1: 2s, clip_2: 3s, clip_3: 7s -> (add 2s to each) -> clip_1: 4s, clip_2: 5s, clip_3: 9s

What if there are transitions in between the clips, it keeps wanting to shorten the transitions and not the clips it’s annoying !!!!
