TOP 15 MONSTERS || GORJANCI HillClimb 2024

The spectacular (and bumpy!!) Gorjanci HillClimb was held this year using a unique layout with a whole section cut from its usual itinerary but with the usual spectacular entrylist attending, this time with some of the lower powered but quite unique machines standing out. Still witht he usual big hitters att the Top, we have in number 1 one of the greatest runs of the year!! This is how they ended up when all was said and done:

That Lotus onboard view it's just nuts. Props to the driver, that car is on another level.

Every time I see that Hyundai TCR car my jaw is just on the floor. The way it transitions through corners and the commitment is just incredible.

That lotus Elise looks so touchy it’s terrifying. Props to the guy in the Hyundai for absolutely ragging that thing to the top three. Incredible.

Yugo Integrale... thats like a dream swap for me right here hah. i always wanted to get a yugo or a lada and basically just body swap it or custom chassis swap a body onto.

Just hit the 500 like on this vídeo. We need to push our passion unto more people. I have actually converted some friends that weren't big motorsport fans but into got caught up by the extremity and the adrenaline of hillclimb. The last pure motorsport category in existence, and with drivers from 16 years old until 74 or 75. Quite rare, i think. Keep it up!

15:35 is really borderline insanity with the commitment. Amazing. In a similar vane: I rode my 2024 Suzuki 8R through some twisty roads today, and in comparison 18:18 made my jaw drop. Such speed and intensity, so little time to react!! I rode at about 1/2 that speed and felt like I was going twice the speed limit 😅

I loved the sound of the first Porsche, as well as that sucking turbo sound of the Delta. That Lotus was one twitching beat of a car, like a high speed rodeo horse.

I love Bubnics Delta. It's like someone's just launched an extremely angry supersonic brick at you. Just an absolute beast of a car.

Very nice entry of cars on Gorjanci and also very nice driving but i really gotta give it to Dovjak and Michl because they really stole the show with their performances.
