To quote my mother, "what kind of Greek are you?" Those bits at the bottom definitely need to go on the noddles. They hold a lot of the flavor!!

I make this as well it is very good I always use the specs of brown at the bottom it is what gives it the nut ty flavor I believe along with the cheese also I mix the The cheese with Romo cheese that's what the spaghetti factory does
