Persona 5 The Phantom X Quality So Far...

In this video, I'm sharing my thoughts on Persona 5 The Phantom X so far... and I'm not impressed.

Since the global version is launching soon, this video is likely to get pushed again—so I want to give an update. All the issues I mentioned in the video have already been fixed. In fact, they were resolved a long time ago, right after the game came out of beta.

You can keep saying things like “the phone can’t handle it” or “it’s just a mobile game, so the devs won’t put in real effort, ” but you’re seriously underestimating this team. That said, I’ve heard mixed things about the gacha system and character leveling. Still, from what I’ve seen, the world-building, assets, and art all look really solid right now.

That last scene is almost the same as Ann's awakening. It's like some sort of alternative reality/paralel world version of Kamoshida's palace with the volleyball theme being switched for baseball.

Nothing in this short mentioned graphical quality, that's something you have brought up in the comments

Good animation quality is something mobile games are perfectly capable of producing and has nothing to do with a phones capabilities

The game feeling different is not a result of it being a mobile game its a result of Atlus not developing the game causing it to feel off

A persona mobile game developed by Atlus would be essentially indistinguishable from the mainline, the only issue here is the development studios

I'm a honesty it's a miracle it looks this good for a mobile game. From my experience with mobile games it will either drain battery in 30 minutes by being very resource demanding.

As someone who has been playing persona games, this scene definitely is veryyyy similar and attacks personally for some reason 🤣🤣🤣

The animation does feel off at times, like its slow in comparison to the context of the scene .The speech bubbles animations feel smooth instead of snappy, dk how to feel about that .Other animations during fights and menus do the dame thing . The Fighting UI is just zoomed tf out, makes it rlly hard to tell the enemy's health . My main concern is thats a gacha game, you wont have access to much of the content unless you put in money . Imagine base p5, but you have to summon for your teammates in order to use them in battle .

I'm just hyped for the actual Phantom Thieves making a reappearance. Maybe see how Ren (Joker) is shown when he's not the main character
