Here in the PNW Sweet William reseeds itself year after year, BUT they are the shorter variety so stems are never long. They bloom in VERY early spring--by April so its fun to have them --I am just a home gardner and love having anything early spring for blooms!

I have Electron and Sweet Coral seedlings in 3/4 inch blocks in my basement that are doing great! I’m in Zone 5b and will be planting them out the first or second week of September since my first frost is October 15th. Thank you for teaching me soooo much! 🌸

I wasn’t able to start these in the fall (I hadn’t found you yet!). I have several starts going and I’m curious how early I can plant sweet william outside in the spring? I’m in zone 8b.
