We need an independent review board that is not made of LEO'S active or retired. A board with out teeth is not worth discussing. You would just be wasting folks time. We should ban choke holds and no knock warrants. We should make moves to demilitarized the police no Armoried vehicles and less plain clothed officers. All future training should stop all us vs them mentality. Police want respect this is the way forward. Also we should have mental health experts on call at least one per zone during all shifts. That would help LEO'S from having to do more than law enforcement activities.
