why? the fish still suffers and suffocate when we didnt kill them first. suffering is haram right?

Knowing that the fish came to the market and been killed on purpose. They were suffocated to death. No one had the right to take the life of any living species, nor the people who took them out of the water asked for permission from god. They are actually killers, and that meat is actually haram. Seen in Saudi Arabia fish shops, Fish taken out of the tank and banged hard with the hard wooden scrapper. This is not humane. It is brutal, and people call it halal... Those who are consuming it have no issue with that. That's a very confusing logic.
