My heart attack symptoms. 1) Felt like 3 sharp knives in my chest. 2) Pain down both arms. 3) Throbbing headache. 4) Painful throbbing ears. 5) Throbbing neck pain. 6) Dizziness.

I was getting Heart Burn, for 10 days Tums help after a meal. went to my Family Dr she gave me anti acids to take with a meal . for 2 days I took the pills and it went 10 fold after eating, 3ed day I went to the ER at 8am I was having a Silent heart attack the EKG showed it I had 2 stents placed in my heart . only pain was heart burn . "no place else" not my arms legs shoulders neck or back .

After 40 those symptoms are daily. Most would probably going weekly, and all their money would be going to hospital bills!!

I'm a man is the Elephant on the chest feeling always a guarantee? Or is just a symptom of many? Because I've had a panic attack before and it feels just the same the only heart problem I have is a aortic leakage which they do not make sound real serious

14 under emense stress and I had a burning sensation through just my left side pain in my jaw my head hurt I had shoulder pain and back pain also I was like numb but the numb was a burning feeling I have had heart pains for a while this was the first time this had happened now I'm having the heart pains still and I'm worried it was a mini stroke or a mini heart attack also can a doctor see if you had a heart attack after the fact?
