Superior Defender makes the Minigun actually viable past the early game, and makes Vengeance the most powerful weapon in the game.

You forgot to say that to get the Dream Crusher perk, you need to make Moira sad so obviously that's a perk you never never want to have.

I always liked earnable perks more than any other perk system in the games. even if they do almost nothing its nice to have a piece of your characters history with you, like the brain piece or the aretino heirloom.

Hematophage is a lot better if you use Tale of Two Wasteland hardcore, since it also gives you -60 food and -60 water.

Point lockout perks are nice, its just hillybillys finishes off my stimpack supplies through the DLC.

between toughness and pit fighter thats 13 dt always, with superiror defender it can go up to almost 25. Just from perks

Oh I love the hematophage perk, I get it every playthrough they're everywhere saves stimpacks and they weigh nearly nothing

Hematophage + nuclear anomaly is actually a great combo since you need exactly 20hp to trigger the effect. If it doesnt go off you can pop a bloodpack to adjust your hp right above 20 again almost turns blood packs into mini nukes with a maximized low health build. Im finally starting to realize how fun and op low health builds are in fallout NV, 4, and 76. Theyre the perfect/fun end-game build and rewarding. I really wanna get fo3 again to test and make an ultimate low health build. If you can hotkey blood packs and tank tri beam lasers by having your damage resistance/DT high, then you could essentially walk up to anything in the game and trigger nukes from nuclear anomaly. You could even get your radiation super high so you dont over heal. God i wish i had fo3 or someone would post a video showing this. Mitten squad did a vid using nuclear anomaly but he didnt utilize it perfectly since he was just basically speed running the game. A build like this takes precise gear and perks etc to work. Mini nukes are so rare in fo3 this build would be allowing you to just have infinite nukes since vendors always restock blood packs.

this is really my favorite part of FO3 as compared to FNV. FO3 has better earnable perks and it seems like it has more of them.

14:02 I beg to differ. I have done countless playthroughs and have never found all ten even when I've searched absolutely everywhere for them. Usually end up on 8 but I have had 9. It's a bit like Dean's Stashes from another game that you know quite well.

Great video, but something that people continue to incorrectly assume is that there’s no normal way to get both rewards from the Replicated Man: there is!

If when speaking with Harkness about what to do after learning he is android you pass the more difficult speech check to convince him to go back to the Commonwealth with Zimmer, he will give you his gun and ask you to tell Zimmer that he will go back with him, which will also get you the perk.

For me this is also indication that this was the intended canon outcome of the quest, specially given that Epicnate revealed in a video about Dr. Zimmer that leftover files from FO4 suggest that Zimmer was going to reappear in FO4 at one point in development.

Friendly reminder that ghoul ecology is bugged. It adds 5 damage EVERY time you hit ANY enemy. Best on fast weapons like rippers shotguns and miniguns.

Pair this with superior defender, (which adds another 5 when standing still) and a 30 hit per second ripper now gets an EXTRA 300 DPS while standing still

(Tho even an assault rifle becomes powerful)

I kinda liked hematophage tbh, makes blood packs the best healing consumable of all besides stimpacks. Plus they’re completely useless to begin with lol

I usually rush ancorage, use that equipment to clear point lookout and i have a very strong character by the end of it

13:07 Same fallout is a pretty easy game and vats is kinda there to help newer players cheese certain fights

So basically, in the beginning, I can put 8 points into strength and just get the Ant Might perk and the strength bubbles head to make my strength 10???
