After watching tons of videos on YouTube finally Deleting the settings was the solution for me

all I did was change to DX12 because I couldn't find the other settings and it's now working. Thank you.

I fixed mine by going into device manager then disabling the intel integrated graphic card, works instantly

So grateful. Turns out my graphic cards were disabled. Try enabling it from the device manager guys!

mine starts to load on the task manager gets up to about 16% cpu usage and 180mb ram then drops to 0% cpu usage and 174.4mb ram and never launches, Ive tried every fix shown and still no luck. Im using the rockstar launcher, any ideas..?

There is no option for me, where I could add the game folder to the list of scan exclusions. Maybe because of Avira?
