Outlander won't be ending with Season 8 !!

While Starz has confirmed season 8 will be the final season of Outlander for now, there are signs that this may not be the ultimate end for Jamie and Claire's story.

Author Diana Gabaldon is still working on future Outlander books and spinoffs beyond the upcoming 10th novel.

Good thing Sam didn’t get the James Bond role so he could be more available for any Outlander continuation after Season 8 finishes filming. The Bond casting people made a huge mistake in not casting Sam, but his many fans will rejoice if he can be available to film more of Jamie Fraser moving forward.

This would certainly be a success.Outlander fans never tire of the saga and the multiple plots certainly can keep the series going, but remember that the fans are loyal to Jamie and Claire and they MUST be included!!!

I was reading in book 1 where Mrs Graham had read Claire hands and later Claire addressing how she wanted to ask Mrs Graham about the scars across her wrist...she's with Frank at this time...now are those the "scars from the wedding"...thats about as strange as explaining Jamie's ghost...????anybody out there remember this...wish that could be addressed too..maybe the last book...

Es endet mit Staffel 8.
Sam hat darauf gedrängt das es eine 8. Staffel gibt.
Aber erst mal wollen wir den 2.Teil von Staffel 7 sehen.
Da das 10. Buch noch nicht fertig ist, könnte es eventuell zum Abschluss einen Film geben. Aber ich glaube es nicht, da sich die Darsteller anderen Projekten zuwenden werden.
Alles andere ist Spekulation.

About me this story ending when Jamie will isn't there. Outlander is Jamie and Claire togheter. Without they maybe will be a wonderful movie but it will not outlander Outlander ❤❤❤

Well I hope we won't have to put up with constant delays in being aired...first 7th Season Part II was suppose to come out in April ...now it's June.
I understand that between Cov & Hollywood strikes...it couldn't be helped...but with the extra time the Outlander Group had on their hands, they could have focused on the quality being better...these last 2 seasons have been a bit disappointing..nothing to compare with the first 2!

There will definitely not be a series 9. It will end with the 10th episode of season 8. The leads have not signed contracts for any further seasons.
