Показать описание
The rich viticultural tradition of Cyprus has been kept alive for 6000 years now. Through 7 different exciting wine routes, you can experience Cypriot hospitality and be introduced to the world of the indigenous varieties of our island and many more.
Promara is a rare, white variety that ripens early. It produces wine that is characterized by lemony and exotic fruit aromas and flavours such as mango, melon, banana, and citrus fruit, as well as pears, herbs, tobacco, vanilla (when matured in oak barrels), and lastly, by mineral notes. Promara produces wines with balanced acidity and its wines are suitable for aging in oak barrels. Pair with seafood - such as oysters and mussels, fatty and smoked fish, but also with recipes that include cheese, pasta with white sauces, mushrooms, and lemon-grilled chicken.
