In a way i think its true...
Often those who are claimed to be "loved" get the most negative emotion.
The other day a friend told me about their boyfriend being an always nice guy, a person that tries to do right by everyone.
But for some reason with them they are extremely critical and let off their whole frustration, feel hurt and offended by every move, feel extremely jealous.
Then when theyre out and drinking, he melts down on her.
In that instance the "love" part is used unfairly, just because u trust me enough to be honest does not mean you can and should share all of your negative emotions with me, without even wasting a thought about me even having the capacity to deal with them right now.
And not even trying to really understand that that frustrations stems from you hiding behind your "always nice" shell all day long, just to come home and let me feel the anger.
At the same time you should also be able to be truthful, not to have to hide your frustrations.
Its just about the balance, dont let me feel all the things you hide from others.
Be more true in general. The result will most likely be a more balanced personality, a more empathic state of mind.
