Exactly what happened to me. At the office I work at all they did was show me around and introduce me to people. That was it. I had to ask a friend of mine from college to train me on my days off how to use autocad because nobody at work would train me.

If you been thru it, then you know. All companies give agent training, but not hands on leadership training. Smh
