This is a very difficult topic. Usuallyl teachers drop this topic. But you made this point very well.Your teaching style is very good. Usually teachers used to say that these sections has no importance in practical field But I think these sections are very much needed today.

Sir you mix all the sections. Give it a look again. Under section 162 PPC a common man receive any bribe from any person to induce a public servant by illegal means or corrupt practicee while in section 163 a common man receive bribe from any person to use personal influence on public servant to to do an official act etc
