Guys, I just realized something...

Makima and Gun Devil 20% fight didn't happen OFF-SCREEN.

It only last 12 seconds.

Gun Devil used most of those seconds killing ppl and destroying buildings.

He then killed Makima in 1 second and Makima's attack hit gun devil 2 seconds later.

The rest of the seconds was most likely Makima's attack trying to finish off Gun Devil.
