feels like it's been forever since I last visited your channel but this was a phenomenal topic and it is a tremendous summary of how we all need to be kinder to ourselves no matter how turbulent or hectic things might get. I also know what it's like to experience severe depression and establish effective boundaries because these things are not always easy to do - but all we can to is to keep trying and find out what makes us happy and not worry about things that are often associated with bad habits but are really just trivial and arbitrary. Social media is definitely synonymous with that (as was described in the vid) but obviously a lot has changed over the course of time. All we can keep doing is believe that things will work out and realize that none of us are alone. Peace ✌ on earth 🌎 and God bless!! ^_^

Hey Mitch I don't have social media account, I won't use anymore(Instagram, Twitter especially scroll videos)they killing our focus mechanism. I'm trying to increase my focus ability. I will be almost a software engineer in California. When I was first watching you on YouTube, I didn't know English, so I tried to translate all sentences from your videos 😂 Thank you I learned a lot of things from you. Escapism is still my problem but it's unconscious now, I need to realize them and we need to fight in real life for our problems and we need to figure it out.
