Voula Athens Greece, Walking Tour

Voula is town and former municipality in East Attica, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit.The municipal unit has an area of 8.787 km2.
A settlement that has been continually inhabited since 3000 BC, Voula, along with neighboring Vouliagmeni, was the municipality of Aixonides Alon in Ancient Athens. From being a sleepy summer outpost for Athenians to take in the coastal pleasures of seaside living, to a bustling round-the-year suburb that has it all, Voula is a thriving neighbourhood that is setting.
