Thank you. Your video is way, way, way more informative than the official pelican video comparing the different foam types. The Trekpack is the way to go here.

I've seen lots of videos of people just gluing foam to corrugated plastic and using hair pins to attach it all. Not tried myself but will be soon in the hopes of saving about a hundred quid.

After several replacements over the years of the pickn pluck i decided to order the trekpak system for 2 cases- 250$- will be here next week. Like you said it can be changed around which is great because the getting new stuff never ends and my foams been plucked! How did the trekpak work out for you over time?
