Don't forgot, at the beginning of White Night, we were dancing with Aventurine but at the end of the song he was switched with Clockie. I find it odd that we were dancing with our boy but was sudden swap with Clockie.

There are some lyrics which I think could relate to Aventurine's relationship with others,

Be my saviour and take me away - Acheron, who "freed" him with her sword

Lead me with your altered sign - Dr. Ratio, who left Aventurine a note to live on and/or Sparkle who lead him with weird clues

A magic show I cannot escape - Sunday trapping him with harmony (Already in video)

Penacony arc was made to confused the living heck out of anyone just to make their jaw drop once they comprehend it

I think they genuinely just wrote it in a way that tells the story of Firefly, MC and Aventurine at the same time.

Also if you think about it, the way this song is produced reads more like a hype and upbeat song. You would expect a song like this to be more “pop” sounding, but then you look at the lyrics to reveal that something much deeper is going on. It’s like Penacony itself, enshrouded by a fabricated dream hiding behind a guise of lies and trying to present itself as something it’s not.

probably the most well written character in honkai star rail, there are some good characters in this game who go through their own development (seele, bronya, etc..) but i think aventurine has THE best development, from a cocky arrogant character who takes risks bigger than life itself that is revealed to be a scared and hurting person. i love his story and im so glad he chose to kept going instead of dying
