How holistically you have addressed such diverse dimensions; ideal friends, some exercise, proper sleep in 90 minutes cycle, extracurricular activities and less time in social media. Thank you sir for making us remember all these points again. It was really refreshing to listen to your valuable words. I hope you are doing well, professor!

1. Choose your friends wisely and stick to these friends throughout college.
2. Take care of your health and do not take it for granted. Sleep, food and exercise should be a priority.
3. Have a fixed sleep schedule and do not mess with it at any cost.
4. Extra-curricular activities are great to explore but academics should be a top priority. But always keep atleast one such activity.
5. Social Media is addictive and keep it under check

I noticed something in the background that he keeps the reciever of the telephone away from the actual place so that it would not ring when he is recording a video. this is a very small thing but it still makes a difference by eliminating any sort of problems that could happen while recording.

Sleep occurs in five stages: wake, N1, N2, N3, and REM. Stages N1 to N3 are considered non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep, with each stage leading to progressively deeper sleep. Approximately 75% of sleep is spent in the NREM stages, with the majority spent in the N2 stage.A typical night's sleep consists of 4 to 5 sleep cycles, with the progression of sleep stages in the following order: N1, N2, N3, N2, REM.A complete sleep cycle takes roughly 90 to 110 minutes. The first REM period is short, and as the night progresses, longer periods of REM and decreased time in deep sleep (NREM) occur.

The 90 minute cycle is called Ultradian cycle and is a scientific thing indeed.

13:36 I've just completed 12th grade, now applying for colleges, I completely agree with this. Since the past year or so, I have become averse to all such distractions. I can sit for however long I want to with absolute focus, with my phone and laptop being right beside me all the while. I don't even need to switch them off to disable me from using them (I have notifs turned off by the way). Also, when I use something like YouTube to learn something, I don't get shifted off track or distracted by YouTube's alluring collection of videos. I simply take in the information I need, and exit the app. (lol I know I'm bragging about this but what I claim is true)

Good evening Sir,
I will be joining Data Science and Artificial Intelligence course in IIT Guwahati.
I am looking forward to giving my best in these 4 years and work hard to achieve my goals. TIll now I only set Academic Goals in my life for myself. But from now on I will be setting spiritual, mental, physical, communication goals too.

Glad that I've cared for my health so far and later learnt that sleep needs to be prioritized more than just saying it.
Sir please make videos on all such things that you have in mind. Even though I've completed my first year, it will still help me.
