3:58 - do NOT tighten these. they're supposed to be loose. the nuts are loctited in place. the bolts need to be semi-loose against the metal plate. back them out if needed. if you attempt to tighten these you'll fk up your Z axis - even stalling and jamming it.

I didn't get any "tips" in this video... just a bunch of problems you had with the printers without understanding or explaining why they happened... kind of a pointless video sorry. I hope you can format and structure your videos to better reflect the title and what you want to present in the future... good luck.

3:54 if you would follow instructions you have seen to bend cable and then insert this mount
3:56 DO NOT TIGHTEN Z AXIS SCREW NUTS!! It can introduce z wobble! it has belt on top for both lead screws so it doesn't leave space for z axis to move if its bent. Trust me I wrote support because of this and they told me to leave it as it is! It won't make print quality worse.
I had so much trouble with this printer that I can't realy recommend it. It won't be 'it just works'

for me the infill issue that you mention solved itself when I raised the nozzle temperature around 10 to 15°C, I think it wasnt getting enough flow at 400mm/s because the filament didnt have enough time to properly melt at these speeds

Nice video, how loud is the big cooling fan on this printer? Did it get quieter with your 2nd printer?

z axis screws should be a little loose so if the screws wobble it doesnt affect the gantry. LOL this is the first 3 comments

A lot of these problems seem like alignment issues. level the bed, level the bed, level the bed. if your nozzle is scrapping, your bed is most likely not level. Also your Z clearance should always be adjusted, more often so with larger prints. I have Neptune 4 plus and only been printing for 2 weeks and z axis clearance and bed leveling is key.

Does your printer print a perfect cylinder? Seen a few reviews say that it does not .

Thaks for hints.
After 5 years spent with my glorious Ender 3 (modified across the years) I want to move to something FASTER and print DIFFERENT MATERIALS.
Now I'm torn between NEPTUNE 4 PRO and ENDER 3 V3 KE.
Which one should I go for, and why? or which one NOT and why NOT?

I have the same machine, and am having the exact same problem with the nozzle rubbing and scraping my models. I've made a number of them successfully, but anything with fine detail is destroyed

I bought Bambu lab P1S had trouble with Cutter stuck Aira. printhead nozzle? Your Neptune or pro review is great. The thing I like about the bamboo is they have the automatic color change please advise thank you for your help.

Wrong on the loose screws they are meant so your coupler can move cause sometimes the z rod aren't straight and flush by tightening them it will ruin your prints way worse

no don't tighten the threaded rods, leave them loose.

Loved your video! Can I plug an ethernet cable from my laptop ethernet port to the Elegoo ethernet port to make it work on the Internet?

That's literally your leveling being bad and not the machine. What does the bed mesh look like?

Also your slicer settings are probably wrong. Turn on "avoid supports" under traveling in the slicer, lol.

I clicked on this thinking it was the max version, but I will see if what I see in this video will help me with the MAX version.
