I’ve done this to SR for 0 speed Ursaluna. But I’m pretty sure you need to unlock at least the surf mechanic for the ride pokemon, otherwise you can’t get to Ursaluna.

Important to note that Ursaluna will always be level 70, it’s not like the other kitakami mons that do the level scaling thing.

Also, the starter tip works for any pokemon caught in the alt game. Which is helpful if you’re trying to SR for Ursaluna. Because then you can catch something in the game, send it to main account, EV it to outspeed 0speed Ursaluna by exactly 1 point, bring it back and then if Ursaluna moves before you, just reset, until you find one that doesn’t 😂

Currently did this with SwSh to get the other regi and horse legendary, and the other urshifu. Will repeat once more to keep a kubfu for living dex in home 😊

Holy shit it took you 10 minutes of BS and padding out the video just to basically say:
-start a new save on a new profile
-Play through the entire dlc to get to the legendaries
-Transfer those to home
-Repeat

Having multiple saves that are fully finished to get 6 star raids, you'll be able to get multiple 7* raids and catches

I didnt even consider using a second account to get more beast balls. I was just frustrated how hard they are to get in the current gen, but maybe i'll farm a few up now since that whole process would also give you the shiny charm.

One recommendation if you're doing long term second playthroughs (get the amulet coin as soon as possible)

I dont remember if this is true because i never tried it but if you have a stocked save file with level 100 pokemon, you can transfer a level 100 pokemon from that save file over to ur new save file. From what i heard, if a pokemon from ur save in SV obeys you in the save, it will continue to obey you even in the new save

Interesting to know that the dlc’s wild Pokémon levels can be low in the early game. I likely won’t do this on my spare account, but it’s certainly interesting.

I never thought about making a second account. I’m definitely gonna do this with the Paradox Legendary Beast when the Indigo Disk releases. I have a feeling Walking Wake, Raging Bolt, and the Ancient Entei may only be catchable once, same case with the future Swords of Justice

This works. I got 4 Ogerpons and Bloodmoon Ursalunas with this method. This also works with SwSh, so I got another Urshifu and two Kubfus. It is a bit grindy but I will try to get another copy of the 4 Ruin Legendaries.

9:02 I agree with this Strat, disagree with the “Delete that Account” but, “Delete the Save File” yeah, I have a sub account and I use it for stuff like this across several games and it’s to the point where deleting it feels uneasy as I’m not sure if I have a save file I wanna keep in a different game

Can this also be done to get the koraidon/Miraidon in area zero in the postgame? Would obviously take a lot longer, but I traded my extra miraidon for a koraidon to complete the dex, so I’d love to get another miraidon again :)

You really buried the information that will speed this all up. Transferring your starter through Home to your main game to level it up will let you play the game with a level 100 Pokemon right away. Even better if you do this with something like a Flamigo which will have better coverage than the starters.

Just tried this and followed every step yet never got the phone call for Kitakami, has anyone else had this problem of it not working? I done this before on SwSh but for some reason it’s not working on S/V
