How To Refund Your Game-passes on Roblox

Copy and paste for the support form: Hello. I was on vacation in Sweden for 1 week and i came back to my account being hacked. The hacker has deleted most/all of my game-passes. Please refund me.

First part: You can screenshot your game-passes that you're going to delete. When you are done screenshotting them, you can delete them. (easier process)

Reason of deleting? To get a refund, your game-passes need to be deleted, otherwise, they're not going to refund you as you have nothing to refund.

Second part: Go to the Roblox support form, fill out the application. After you have filled the application out, you can use this as the reason ''Hello. I was on vacation in Sweden for 1 week and i came back to my account being hacked. The hacker has deleted most/all of my game-passes. Please refund me.''

You can change anything you want in the message, it won't affect anything. It's smarter to change some words around so it doesn't seem like you're abusing the refund system with other people.

Third part: You will get an automatic response from the Roblox customer support bot, wait for the second email. At the second email, you need to put ''this is me'' in a reply to the verify email.

Why do i have to put ''this is me'' ? It's because Roblox wants to make sure you are the actual email / account owner, so maybe sure to do that.

The third email will ask you to send screenshots of the deleted game-passes, you can use mobile/tablet screenshotting if you use mobile/tablet, for pc users, you can use something called 'Lightshot' Lightshot is an easy screenshotting app.

Why do i need to send my deleted game-passes?

You need to show proof that your game-passes were actually deleted and so that Roblox can help and refund you.

I've decided to prove this, I'll make an alt with a new email and buy 400 Robux and delete the game-passes just to prove it works for anyone thinking it doesn't work.
