One of the classiest interviews in sports. Good on you Mike. Not many people who get flattened can get up and smile about it. You recognize how big of a moment it is for the sport and just deal with the fact that even though you are on the receiving end it’s still an amazing play.

Fair play Mike Catt. A story well told with humour and respect. Love you Jonah.

Great sport Mike Catt. I was reading the other day that Jonah was asked to do some promotion work way way back when, and they wanted to use the clip where he (Jonah) mows Catt over but Jonah said an emphatic ""NO"" because he did not want to hurt Catt or humiliate him by means of the constant reply of this particular clip in the name of this particular promotion. (something like that anyway) Jonah was a lovely person on the field and most certainly off it. Very humble and giving of his time and heart because thats what he was made of. He will be missed so much by many around the world. <3

People always mock Mike Catt for this try however Johan Lomu is a freak of nature so in my opinion for a man of Mike Catt's size to see a Rhino running at him and actually go down in a position to actually make a direct hit shows total commitment and passion to stop him. I don't think anyone else would have been able to stop him in that situation either. Epic try however Mike Catt I salute you for your bravery.

Mike Catt is such a good sport. He didn't feel humiliated by Lomu, it's just part of the game. How can't you not love rugby?

RIP Jonah. You don't have to suffer anymore. Rest well.

Two things I like and note about this iconic rugby momemt. The great late Jonah Lomu but the great respect that Mike and other English greats extend to Jonah.

This man had a great career. Featured in two rwc finals... Winning 2003 and being the oldest man to feature in a final at 36 years old(2007)

LOL...Crikeyz, all I remember was Keith Quinn commentating quote when this happened was..."Oh o. O. Oh" 😂😂😂 Nothing like getting steamrolled by a Legend. 👍👍👍

Sounds like he was trying to justify why he missed the tackle or at least put the blame on his mates and physics. lol  Good on you Mike Catt for trying to tackle the big man.
