How I Study Difficult Topics that STUMP Most Other Students

Back in college, I tried a minimal study approach of only using the essential powerpoints and slides to study for my exams. I thought I was being efficient, focusing on one resource. But it turns out, there's a reason why we're given so many tools to study with. It's all about mixing it up, and we'll explain why.

This is what I got from watching the video, if you have anything to add then feel free to comment :)

Step 1:
Mix up how we take in information
Learning something in one context is usually not enough to fully understand the topic. Therefore you should try to learn your desired topic in many different ways: reading journals, podcasts and/or watching playlists.

Step 2:
Mix up how we study that information
Instead of studying in a logical order, i.e. study chapter 1 today, chapter 2 tomorrow and so on, you should study a little bit of every chapter in the morning, at the middle of the day and in the evening.

E.g. studying lecture 1-3 through each morning, afternoon and evening.
