Wow, this is 1 of the best video i have seen in a long time on software architecture. Very flexible approach to deploy exactly same codebase as monolith as well as microservices when needed!

Quick question, not familiar with the system, but are your "microservices" communicate/consume each other something like in a start structure, or there is some horizontal layering there as well?
