If you want slip angle, tap the brakes while turning as you enter the corner and follow with throttle plus countersteer, keep steering minimal as to not agitate the car and once around the corner smoothly straighten the wheel

now if you want real slip angle at some cars, find a car that has stages of traction control like 2/2, 12/12... then set if for 3/4 or 9/12 or 2/2 depends on the car, its important that the value is big, now at an apex just press full throttle mid corner amd there you go, just learn to control the car now
