Zoom FREE Flamenco class 30 april 2000 castanet technique

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all my Flamenco live workshops have been canceled until further notice.
In the meantime, I would like to offer Free Flamenco virtual workshops. So far more than 3000 students are following my FREE FLAMENCO online workshops. You can join too! It's completely FREE and open to everyone.

I'm a professional Flamenco dancer and a registered oncology specialist nurse. Apart from supporting my patients during these uncertain times, I'm offering free virtual flamenco classes, home-friendly, and free for everyone.

I believe we should support each other in these frightening times and raise against isolation giving the chance to interact with each other even in a virtual world. The classes will be always free of charge, no one should be left out due to money issues.​

I want to make sure that all of you have the relevant details on how to join the free online classes. This is the proposed schedule for the workshops:
TUESDAYS 19:00- 19:30 ---Learn the foundations of basic flamenco technique: rhythm, hand-clapping, posture, and hands. Perfect for new beginners!

TUESDAYS 19:30- 20:00--- Footwork technique basics, you can use your Flamenco shoes and a piece of cheap wood to stomp on top of your floor or just use trainers and learn the technique with me.

TUESDAYS 20:00- 20:30 ---Castanet technique for total beginners and beginners.

THURSDAYS 19:00- 19:30---General Flamenco technique: upper body, marking, footwork, turns & combinations. Great for all levels.
THURSDAYS 19:30- 20:00--- Footwork technique general level, you can use your Flamenco shoes and a piece of cheap wood to stomp on top of your floor or just use trainers and learn the technique with me.

THURSDAYS 20:00- 20:30 ---Castanet technique, general level.

HOW TO JOIN THE CLASSES:

2. Once you have booked your space on Eventbrite, please register an account with ZOOM. It is completely FREE and you can also use it to do live video calls with family and friends – bonus! If you are using a mobile device to view classes, you will need to download the free Zoom app.

3. We will send you an invitation, via email, to join the live class. Check your spam box too, just in case it goes there! Click the link to join.

4. Once you are in, we invite you to unmute your mic and video so we can welcome you to the class and see who is joining us. We will mute everyone at the start of the class to minimize background noise.

GOSH is doubling its intensive care capacity to make sure we have room for the UK’s most seriously ill children. The hospital's incredible staff are working around the clock, under huge pressure, to guarantee children at GOSH receive the care they need in these most difficult times. Is it possible to find a pair of Spanish made castanets that are affordable? Yours sound so nice. I’m not really a serious player. I just want to try them; not spend more than 50 dollars.
