We need Jesus more & more every day! What has happened to this place to call U S.A. People are destroying it, that they call there home .

This song so depicts what Jesus did for us and how people reject him but he’s still calling us to the water of life

In 1981, God spoke to me in my dream through this song. I woke up realizing I needed Jesus into my life. The message of the song brought me to my knees, I repented of my sins and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I can’t forget those words, “…I strove to remind you that for those tears I died..”

"Put thou my tears in your bottle, are they not in your book?"
So many times in my life when I felt so alone, he came and met me where I was, and I knew I was no longer alone. He gave me courage to go on.

I just heard this in church and started crying because the HolybSpitit touched me. I have been walking away and living in darkness for some time now. There seemed to be a force driving me to get to church this day even though I was late. I knew there was a reason, so to push on. With only 20 minutes left, I arrived, and soon after this, it was time for this song. I knew it was what God wanted me to hear and why His spirit drove so hard for me to get there.
Thank you, Lord.

So glad that so many people were touched by this song. I was reading Isaiah 56:1. It reminded me of this song. I had to share it. It is a powerful & awe inspiring song. I heard it sung by Marsha J. Stevens years ago, but cannot remember where or when.

I sang this song in church when I was 8 years old (my mom picked my songs lol). Anyway, I'm up there singing and I see a lady crying and inside I started getting nervous because I thought I'd messed up or something. After church, my mom told me I did good, and I told her 'well so n so was crying', my my told me the words of the song touched her heart. I later found out that this lady had just had a miscarriage. That was my first lesson at learning the importance of music and word meaning. I am 50 years old now....and I still never forgot that moment!
