The newest car I ever bought was 4 years old. My dad told me unless you can throw away $10, 000 dollars never buy a new car. That was in 1990 so the numbers are way higher now. He got a new truck and Buick every 2 years but he gave me good advice. Let the well off people lose the money and buy a good 2 year old used car.
