The Quacks of Quedlinburg's Best Mechanic is Not Really A Mechanic

This game is an absolute blast to play and they get all the best parts of variance. Sure many people can get upset when they lose due to bad luck, but it can make some great memories.

A friend introduced me to Quacks (and many other fine games!) and first time I played, I played with the pieces in palstic coin cases. Cost about £20 for enough to coinify the tokens and was well worth it. It's a bit of an investment over the top of the game itself but super effective at keeping those pieces pristine :D

As for luck, it's not all about luck, it's all about choices for how your bag is constructed. Yes, you'll be lucky at times, you will also be unlucky so it's swings and round-abouts
