People are so gross. Earlier on TikTok I saw a video about an 18 year old who killed a mom and her baby because he was car racing. He had gotten 24 years and people were complaining about it. Like they were saying how handsome, attractive he was and didn't deserve the 'harsh' punishment.

I honestly don't know why attempted murder is less of a harsh sentence than murder. Whether the person ended up dying or not, it is still murder. I don't know y a victim being strong and putting up a fight to stay alive is benefiting the murderer by making there sentence shorter. It isn't fair
