Put him in jail and after finished his jail time send him away from irvine city. I have been living in Irvine for at least 22 years never seen anything like this until this kind of people move in. Some of them sit on streets or walk around begging for money. And today I saw one at university center on campus, he let his dog poop at the mall and didn't pick up that poop. Irvine is a great place to live. We don't need so many of this kind of people to make irvine dirty and unsafe place to live. Especially the children are walking home from school. Make our irvine to be safe as before for our children safety. 🙏
