In the movie "Brubaker" Robert Redford takes over as the new warden of a corrupt prison/work farm in the south. It's run partially by inmate tŕustees that are also armed guards. He states at one point that he wants the guards in the guntowers replaced by 1st time 1st degree murderers. "They had a beef with somebody and they got it out of their system, they'll never kill anyone again."

Same. I was a bunkee with an older guy who killed someone. Seemed pretty normal, like u said if u didn't know what he has done you would never. Actually saw him at the blood plasma center last year, he had to actually tap on my shoulder cause I didn't notice em lol.

That makes me worry, I too take it hard when I do something dumb like that, I don't shout but I do get overly upset, I know I'm overreacting but I can't help it, I've never had a violent thought in my life... I've never even been In a fight but it always scares me that I don't really get upset much either
