I think a part of it is the advice some of the other girls have given. Ollie comes to mind. They say apply over and over whenever you can, to never give up. So Advent have taken that advice and tried time and time again to get in.

Hololive already was a quite mature company with tons of applications at that time. She must have done a really good job to get accepted right away. And with how professional, organised, skilled, pleasant and yet unique she is, that's not even difficult to imagine.
