I Made Mr. Beast Go Viral in China

With almost 100 million subscribers, @MrBeast is one of the biggest YouTubers on the planet. But it might surprise you to learn that most people in the biggest country on the planet, China, the vast majority of people have never even heard of Mr. Beast. This is because Mr. Beast primarily produces content in English but also because YouTube is blocked in China.

So I decided it might be an interesting experiment to dub Mr. Beast into Chinese myself, post to Chinese social media, and see what people think when watching this crazy American for the very first time. And of course to see if I could get him to go viral. The results honestly shocked me.

I recently saw a short where MrBeast was talking about people reposting content, and he doesn't mind it at all. It gets more people to watch his content which gets more people to know him which drives more people towards his official channels which means it ends up positively for him
