My main review will follow after the charge runs out on eco mode. I don’t have any concerns regarding the tech nor mounting bracket. For £33 I have to say the light is a bloody bargain. 12hrs run time on normal mode and at nearly 20hrs on Eco, with more charge. The light does give off some extra light at an angle in the dark, but agree it’s brighter when you are directly behind, which most drivers will be. Thanks for the review.

I'll focus on the advantages first...
I like the braking signal!!! I love the alarm concept!!!
Disadvantages... Well my only main complaint is the way it mounts on the bike.
I think with a bit of a design refinement it is a great idea to be adopted from the bike companies as a standard safety and antitheft item intergrated in the frame. Except the "always in diet" "full on" racing bikes....

I’ve got this. Few issues:
1) Mounting instructions were not very good.
2) The anti-theft alarm has a very limited range. Probably only 20m max. Once you’re out of range, it disconnects from the alarm. So u can’t leave your bike somewhere and go to the shops
3) The clip on mounting seems like it can wear out over time when u remove it frequently to change from strap to other mount.
4) the app has an ambient light function. But it doesn’t work on the light.

What other bike tail lights would you compare as a alternative to this cliq light?

very nice video!
1 question when the anti-theft mode is on and the phone is locked, does any notification arrive on the phone that warns you or does the tail light just make noise?

Prices vary from $50 - $100 shopping from Australia - but at less than 1/2 the price of the Garmin Varia, it's not a terrible investment with the stop / alarm function separating it from the rest of the lights. The Garmin Varia has a fantastically strong LED in daylight.

Is this plastic cased bike light better than the CubeLite Pro II?

Does the light itself sound an alarm with theft detection or just on the app?

Please remove this video- this company has failed to deliver or refund 50% of international customers according to trust pilot. Do not push more unsuspecting cycling consumers to this company.
This company claims to be an Aussie company based out of Melbourne. Can someone verify and ask them why they are ripping off international customers, cycling consumers?
