I liked it back then when adjusted for inflation: the base Porsche 911 was only approx ~$70, 000 to $60, 000

I'm all about the engagement of a manual but the PDK is just so good that I feel like it's kind of wasted to get one with the manual on the 911. I guess if I had the money, I would get a 718 in a manual or something and a 911 in PDK for the all out performance haha

Base Carrera is the way to go. However, this is cooler.

I went with the Targa GTS. It has a great combination of coupe and cabriolet. Rock solid and quiet with the top up. Lots of wind buffering with the top down is the only downside.

This Porsche 911 is a beautiful fun car but I would rather buy a Toyota GR86, have almost as much fun, and save a bunch of money!
