My App (V380Pro) working good when my Camera and Mobile are connected on Same Wifi i.e. My home Wifi. But when i am out of City and i connect my mobile with sim Data or office wifi and my Camera that is install at home and connected with HOme Wifi then i am facing a issue of Device Offline.

Same Network pay agar Mobile and Camera attach hai tho work karta hai. lykin agar mobile ka connection and Camera ka wifi network different ho to Device Offline ka message show hota hai.

Hi, I am trying to access a V380 cam from UK, Cam is located in Bangladesh. It was added corrected the same way as you said.
But when I want to see it from UK, it says Device offline.
But when my brother wants to see it using the same V380 account from Australia, he can see it live.
Why it's showing "Device Offline" from UK?
Also to let you know, In that V380 account I have 2 camera, both installed in the same property in Bangladesh & use same Router.
1st one was set up using LAN cable and 2nd one set up later using WiFi.
I can see the 1st one live, but cannot see the 2nd one live, why?
I know Both the camera is working as it's recording in Cloud. Although I cannot see the 2nd cam live, but I can see the recorded video from 2nd cam in the cloud from the app.
Can you Please Help and let me know if there any reason why I cannot see it live from UK?

There are two ways to connect camera either as hotspot and via internet. 2nd method is right to connect from internet.

नमस्कार तीन से चार घंटे मे कभी भी pc पर नेटवर्क छोड़ देता है या reconeect error दिखाता है और जब reconenct करते है नहीं होता लेकिन pc और wifi रीस्टार्ट करने पर कैमरा run करता है pc स्क्रीन पर 100+ कैमरा ऑपरेट करते है. समाधान बताइये 🙏

Dear only working on same wifi. Whenever go out of range or mobile connect to other wifi then its not working and same error is showing..

Bhai Hum Jo Dusre ka phone liya tha hotspot se camera connect karne ke liye
magar dusare phone me hotspot band kar ne bad ( device ofline aa raha hai
Aur agar dusre ke phone se hotspot chalu karte hain tab connect hota hai)
Kya hum without hotspot se connect nhi kar sakte?
