I remember me and 2 friends were raiding a base in a blue warehouse. I dont remember exactly where it was but it lied in between to very large hills it looked almost like you were in a valley, as we began to blow the doors we started to hear shots popping at us from the hillside. Dude shot 3 shots got 3 kills, we never went there again

The number of times I've done raids, both offensive and defensive, I've lost count. I've assulted bases, held defensive positions, and completed the search and rescuses of my teams. They are what makes this game fantastic. The brutal atmosphere of a four man bandit squad being picked off by a lone sniper is peak from both sides. Played right, the sniper can kill, relocate, and kill again. Competent bandits would spread out, search treelines, and provide cover fire in a game of cat and mouse. It comes down to luck, skill, and knowing when to cut losses. My best example of the latter was convoy ambush. Anti personnel mines took out my lead humer on an exposed piece of road. The truck in front crashed into a ditch, avoiding the exploded car and knocking out the driver. We bailed out, took cover behind the cars and held the line until my medic could get the driver up and about (he got shot while moving back up to us) once we got him back into our fold, 4 of us bailed in the second humvee with the injured driver and medic riding in our rear truck filled with guns and suits for a raid. 7 of my men didn't make it out, sadly. We saved our man but it cost us badly and called off the raid and focused on defence for the rest of the weekend lol

I once logged on right as some guys were tryin to break in my base. I waited till the finished shooting the door and I had a fully loded mg42 with 75 rounds . I lay prone and waited for them to come around the corner.😂 one got me with a grenade but I killed four of them before i went down and my team mates logged on in time to stop the last two guys.

I miss playing this game.
