I am late diagnosed. Now that I know I am autistic, I can get the support I always needed. But when I looked, there is no support for autistic adults out there. What do people think happens to autistic children when they grow up? 🤷🏻

It's hard enough finding information specific to adult problems, let alone finding the right support when your alexathymia makes it so hard to figure out what support you even need most of the time

i had help through the mental health team but as they only do do it in block sessions, there would be periods where did no have any help after getting used to the routine then having it taken away. i found this made my meltdowns worse, also it was not good with my mental health
