Great Sergei. I really appreciate your videos. I'm an 82 year old holistic doctor, although I feel like 40. I do take care of myself, I make sure to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and work out at the gym.
It seems Vietnam is a very friendly country. Is Buddhism an important factor in the lives of the Vietnamese?
