The Sacrum - the sacred bone.

This video briefly describes some of the allegories and metaphors surrounding the fused bone at the base of the spinal column. The sacrum plays a key role in the ancient process of awakening the human spinal column and nervous system.

When the creative energy is conserved, the sacrum can become stiff and painful, and this sacred force's circulation becomes difficult.

Working with the sacrum and hips is perhaps one of the most important practices when attempting to awaken the human nervous system - and open the inner eye. The ancients understood this process, and they recorded its importance in their legends, allegories, mythologies, and traditions. (for us to know).

Stretching and gentle leveraging of the sacrum and hips help to alleviate these problems.
